Job Description
Responsibilities :-
- All duties relating to orders processing, shipping arrangement, customs declaration and banking documentation.
- Update respective accounts receivables.
- To support pre-sales and post-sales co-ordinations for our international business.
- To engage in assigned accounts by giving real time supports to meet customers’ business needs.
- To work closely with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Additional tasks given to respective staff, e.g. statistical reports, K2 summary, commission calculation, samples, courier arrangement and any other duties given from time to time.
Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirement :-
- Minimum certificate in Shipping or Logistics / Diploma or Degree in related field with minimum 3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Must possess good knowledge and experience in overseas shipments, Incoterms, various MITI certifications (eg. GSP, CEPT, MJEPA etc) and non-preference certificate.
- Knowledgeable in custom export documentation, K2, duty drawback and sales tax claimable.
- Knowledge in ERP software is a must to fulfil various operation procedures.
- Good command of English.
- Good team player, interpersonal skill and minimum supervision.
