Job Description:
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases, and prepare report.
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with design department, sales department and other relevant department.
- Support Regional Sales by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments.
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Implement organisational processes and strategic changes to adapt to market needs.
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
- Perform tele-marketing when there’s new product initiative.
- Attend weekly meeting and report weekly activities.
- Record log activities on daily tasks.
Job Requirement:
- Good communicator and pleasant looking.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Must be able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be IT savvy to access company’s system portal.
- Must be punctual and well discipline in conduct.
- Team player with good attitude in covering peers to ensure company’s good image is maintained at all time.
- Responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior.
- Minimum diploma or other professional certificate.
- Multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Organised in handling document and paperwork.
