- Update DO monitoring report by collection of sales invoice;
- Checking on suppliers’ statement of account & send to SCM department for verification, if any;
- Stamp paid on the payment voucher for those paid voucher;
- Checking DO & posting invoice to system;
- Scan and update Invoice in excel;
- Arrange monthly payment voucher for payment purpose;
- Filling payment voucher, sales invoice by sequence numbering;
- Labelling payment voucher, sales invoice for those completed;
- Prepare accessories & packaging monthly inventory report;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
- Minimum SPM with knowledge of basic accounting but candidates with Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI would be an added advantage;
- Familiar with ERP software;
- Competent in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Possess good communication skill in multiple level up to higher level
