Job Description
JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (Polyurethane Foam)
Job description:
- Develop and manage marketing tools, programs and activities for new clients.
- To identify, develop new business opportunities and secure the maximum business potential from the corporate segments
- To engage & communicate with senior personnel of potential customers, especially corporate level.
- Develop sales strategies that meet sales targets and business objective.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with established clients and build relationships with potential customers.
- Ensuring that receivables are collected promptly.
- Handle and supervise all sales activities, daily operations, complaints, sales return within the assigned geographic area.
- Monitor and supply market information through accurate monthly reports on sales forecasts, market conditions and the competitive environment.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related courses from recognized institutions.
- Self-motivating person with ambition, drive and good analytical skills
- Outgoing with good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
- Proficient in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh Graduates are welcome as long as you are willing and ready to learn

- "NATURA" - aims to be a well-known brand on producing healthier bedding products by using palm oil and at the same time without ignoring environment protection. It also creates awareness on the contribution of palm oil in bedding industry.
