Job Description
Bulk
· Handle Bulk Liquid door to door Logistics Sales for Industrial gas liquid.
· Handle LNG door to door Logistics, liquid supply and project.
· To assist in developing sales strategy by feed back market information or comments from customer.
· Visiting competitors to gather market information & competitiveness benchmark ratings.
· Attend related conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.
· Follow-up with new customer enquiries & Sales Leads for Bulk Liquid/ ISO Tanks/ Trading/ Energy
· Generate Quotations
· Chase for Purchase Orders from Customer
· Filling up Purchase Requisition Form
· Internal Auditing
· Endorse on PR forms
· Check & Approve on Purchase Orders from customer
· Check & Countersign on Tax Invoices
· Check & Countersign on Sales Order
· Ad hoc feedback & report consolidation from various country’s head for Bulk & Leasing business
· All other ad-hoc Gas (LIN/ LOX/ Propane/ Propylene/ Ammonia, Helium, etc.) Supply & Demand for Local & Overseas
· Periodic review with engineer on the tank maintenance, general upkeeping status
· To assist account department to chase for outstanding or overdue payments from customer
· Assist in generate sales strategy reports
· L/C Submission to bank for shipping department
· Suppliers/Customer’s quality complaints
· Market Intelligence
· Weekly update of ISO tank Utilisation Report
Marine Services
· Assist Marine project within Malaysia region.
· Handle Marine Sales and report
· Weekly Sales Updates Report
· Visiting local competitors to gather market information & competitiveness benchmark ratings
· Follow up with new / existing customer enquiries
· Assist with all other Sales enquiries from other customer to their PIC.
· Generate Quotations
· Chase for Purchase Orders from Customer
· Filling up Purchase Requisition Form
· Check & Approve on Purchase Orders from customer
· Check & Countersign on Tax Invoices
· Check & Countersign on Sales Order
· Assist in HOD pipeline report.
· Understand customer needs and provide solution
· Generate Work order
· Look for more sales option for new sales & product
