Job Description
- To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
- To coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- To source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises
- To plan and coordinates project with other Management staff and handles new products development and maintenance items
- Responsible for planning materials supply for production and to interface with vendors to ensure sufficient materials supply
- To ensure document flows smoothly
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Computer literate and knowledge of ERP system and good negotiation skills is preferred
- Able to speak, read and write in English
- Able to multi-task, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a team player and possesses positive attitude towards work and the company
- Good discipline and attendance with minimum unplanned leave
- Able to commence work in short notice
