- Assist Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery.
- To undertake executive research and candidate management activities.
- Conduct research to identify suitable candidates for each requirement, including targeted market mapping, talent pooling, database searching, networking and headhunting.
- Building relationships with candidates and keeping track of their career goals and progress.
- Approach suitable candidates and screened against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
- Maintain database and other ad-hoc assignments.
- Bachelor / Master Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working / intern experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional languages (Mandarin / Cantonese) is a plus
- A team-player with positive learning attitude
- Fresh grads with positive and can-do attitude are welcome
