RECRUITER 

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

• Must be well versed in Akta Kerja 1955 

• Possess knowledge and skills in mass recruitment

• Possess on transportation.

• Willing to travel and work overtime.

• Good personality and able to handle pressure environment

• Can communicate very well with different levels of employee 

• Good in planning, organizing, leading and controlling 

• Positive attitude with good communication skills

Job Description

• Recruiting management/operation team and cleaner

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/social media/residential area 

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

• Conducting on-boarding course to new employee

• Assisting HR Executive in adhoc matters
