Job Description
Research & Development (Analytical) Department
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree, in Life/Biological Sciences, Science & Technology, BioTechnology ,Chemical (Bioprocess) Engineering, Biotechnology with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and finished product testing of drug substance and drug product and report results in timely manner.
- Participate in technical study design, planning and execution.
- Prepare and review study protocol and reports meeting quality and regulatory guidelines/expectations.
- Establishment, verification and qualification of Analytical methods.
- Participate in Analytical method transfer from Biocon India to Biocon Malaysia, and support method transfer and analytical method validations at Quality Control.
- Responsible for review of analytical data, analytical test procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Operation, maintain and calibration of Analytical equipment, troubleshoot as necessary. Review equipment operating procedure, wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation (records and lab notebook) for all Analytical experiments per Good Documentation Practices.
- Follow the Quality systems within R&D and support development of systems and procedures within Analytical R&D.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Exposure to analytical techniques such as Operation of HPLC, GC and Mass Spectrometry
- Exposure to Biochemical skills such as ELISA, qPCR and Electrophoresis.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya.
- Preferably Executives/Senior Executives specializing in Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Contractual positions available.
