Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HALAL, GMP, HACCP, pre-requisite program, and quality system.
- To update relevant quality HALAL, SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.
- Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and HALAL System.
- Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.
- Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.
- Direct the investigation of customers’ complaints on products and ensure proper measures are taken where necessary.
- Responsible in all HALAL related matter including application and audit.
- Assist in maintaining environmental management program.
- Responsible to lead in quality, environmental, customer and supplier complaint.
- Manage sanitation activities including the chemical and equipment
- Manage hygiene and pest control activities across the site
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Any ad hoc assignments from time to time.
Requirement:
- Complusory have basic knowledge with HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO System.
- Able to work at Bukit Bakri Muar.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week.
