Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Production, QA Department & Engineers on all technical, engineering and quality matters.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Manage, developing corrective actions report, solutions, and improvements.
- Make appropriate recommendations and execution plans based on report findings.
- Compile and review daily, weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
- Carry out any other functions as requested by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess good presentation skills, creative, hardworking and responsible.
- A team player and a person of good moral character.
- Highly motivated, resourceful and independent.
