Job Description
1. Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status.2. Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.3. To coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the plan target and schedule.4. To ensure and practice a proper filing system.5. Assist Purchasing Dept. in generating and processing Requisition & Purchase Order6. To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier7. Coordinate, monitor and follow up with site staff and supplier on time delivery8. Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO9. Matching invoice with DO & POTo perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time
REQUIREMENTØ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree or higher education in related field.Ø Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.Ø Preferably min. 2 year(s) of working experienceØ Full-Time position(s) available.Ø Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaWilling to work at Setia Alam
