Job Description
- Arrange stock transfer
- Arrange account opening with new vendor/ new outlet opening.
- Site visitation to audit supplier.
- Check stock quantity on hand and issue PO to replenish stock.
- Check all the Invoices, DOs and POs before submit to account department for payment.
- Maintain item master list and costing for all item.
- Feedback item quality or reject item to request credit note or replacement.
- Source for potential supplier or alternative supplier for existing item/ new item.
- Any other ad-hoc job as assigned.
