Job Description
- Update and distribute suppliers full information and records
- Check with suppliers on the materials at availability of stock
- Gather and compare rate of materials from at least 3 suppliers on each items for manager/GM approval before issue Purchase Order
- To maintain good relationship with suppliers
- Check and follow up delivery record
- Assist in handling complaint from site personnel
- Liaise with suppliers on quality and delivery issue
- Checking delivery order on quantities and ensure correct item
- Updating & circular products index regularly to relevant departments monthly
- To maintain an efficient updating filling system
- Update suppliers list
- Prepare and update supplier evaluation and performance & development
