Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project planning discussion/meeting preparation & arrangement
- Co-ordinate with clients and consultant on the technical requirements, attend technical discussion
- Responsible for leading, organizing and training the maintenance team to ensure that the daily maintenance activities are fully completed
- Data consolidation
- Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating activities related to maintenance works in all the farm's houses under the Company
- Monitoring and follow up documentation process to ensure the smooth progress of the admin procedure
- To carry out scheduled farm checking and prepare maintenance reports related to breakdown analysis, proposal for improvement, cost saving plan, verification of materials and so on
Requirements:
- Applicants who possess relevant qualifications, employment background, and suitable skills sets are most welcome to apply
- willing to work in Yong Peng and possess own transport
- Required language: Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with some mandarin speaking client)
