Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Skudai, Johor.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Description:
- Understand the specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works.
- Able to interpret technical drawings.
- Liaise with local government authorities or approving agencies for planning and design requirements.
- Arrange for submission to local authorities and follow up until approval obtained.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assist Project Manager in Project Management and other relevant tasks as required.
