Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- To assist the Engineering Head in attending to customer complaints & feedback on tooling defect and modification
- To assist the Engineering Head in attending to Quality issues at customers, Sub-contractors and in-house (As and when required).
- To assist in monitoring of customer, Sub-cons and in-house improvement plans and activities
- To ensure that Sub-contractors and in-house Corrective Action is carried out effectively
- To prepare the New Product Development Schedule, Initiate Technical Data Sheet, Work Instruction and Packing Standard for any new model.
- To coordinate for any new model development, including meeting with customer, arrangement for tooling testing, tooling modification / repair, sample run (Pilot-run, Pre-production run) & to obtain full approval from customer for in-house mass-production.
- To verify 1st Article Report, F/A Report and Sample as and when required
- To raise Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and distribute to all relevant departments as and when required.
- To raise Tooling Modification / Repair Requisition and arrange for the tooling testing as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Polymer or Tooling related will be added advantage.
- Self-confident, positive thinking, able to communicate with all level of people’s.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is added advantage.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong interpersonal capability, communication skills, presentation and reporting skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in TAMAN GEMBIRA, JOHOR.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
