Job Description

Responsibilities

·     Manage workforce according to the production plan

·     Plan and assign daily duties to workers.

·     Responsible to meet daily output, yield and quality target.

·     Monitor hourly performance and response with necessary action to meet target.

·     Ensure daily production figures are correct.

·     Escalation point of daily issue from individual lines.

·     Ensure workforce are trained to perform their task.

·     Identify all issues and suggest for improvements.

·     Update production reporting.

·     Update all related production numbers in SAP

·     Responsible for disciplinary issues for workers under his charge.

·     Key person for Stock Take activities.

·     Ensure the workforce follow all company rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• 3 years of experience as production supervisor
• Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin(added advantage) in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking employees, local and overseas.
• Able to understand and learn technical topics
• Good skills in MS Office
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis
• Good knowledge is SAP
• Willing to work 6 days in Kulai, Johor

The factory in Bandar Indahpura spanning about 21,000 square metres is our first factory in Asia region and has begin the operation since June 2020. The factory is designated for office space, R&D and workshops specializing in lifting column assembly and electronics including the state of art technology machines; laser cutting, palletizer robot and welding robot.
