Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Chemical / Material Science / Mechanical Engineering / Science Chemistry or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Good communication skills, Ms Office
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in manufacturing field
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to join immediately is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product development, process improvement, raw material evaluation and operations in laboratory in all aspect.
- To verify, validate and implement standard method / in-house test method for cost saving, product improvement, supplier quality improvement etc.
- Ensure the laboratory is up to the appropriate standards requirement of a laboratory in term of safety, reliable quality of testing personnel, reliable result, usability of chemicals etc.
- To perform miscellaneous testing or involved in testing project assigned.
- Purchasing of chemical/laboratory apparatus used at laboratory, laisse with suppliers. This is to monitor and control the quality of service and material purchased.
- Responsible in establishing / revising of Material Specification / MSDS for raw materials / parts use for product. Preparing document (spec, drawing & procedure) and system maintenance (SAP BOM).
- To monitor the physical stock of chemicals are well kept, sufficient and ready to use for test at all time.
- Report to direct manager on the status or progress of the work.
