- Coordinate and manage with internal team to meet customer expectation in new product & mass run product all activities with purchasing, production planning, materials, engineering and quality accounting and all levels of management to meet customer's requirement.
- Responsible to build relationship and control channel with customers.
- Manage business risks and write off claims with customer, asses supply chain risk for projects within category to EOL, ensuring supplier and part risks are understood, reported and mitigated to minimize exposure cost incurred.
- Analyze forecast water flow chart, ensure supply chain readiness to deliver projects on time, support ramp up and ongoing production to meet order delivery fulfillment.
- Liaise with customers on commercial related issues- outstanding payment, NRE costs, exposure claim and raising risk buys.
- Responsible for the management of customer information, sales/orders administration and client relations.
- Degree / diploma in business / marketing / program or equivalent experience.
- 2 years experiences in program administration/ management or related area or fresh experience.
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle pressure under time-constrained situation.
- Experience in capacity analysis, productivity, cost analysis, purchasing and planning.
- Computer MS Office.
