Job Description
FITSON was founded in 1994 and is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) specializing in producing Mother & Baby care products with a 100% export to some of the biggest baby product companies.
What do you need do in this role:
- Establishment of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all activities within the production function.
- Efficient collaboration and coordination a crossed all departments.
- Supervise overall production processes to ensure the KPI, capacity, quality & cost of manufacturing & IMS objectives are being achieved.
- Effective manpower planning to achieve labour efficiency and productivity.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting in maintaining continuous operations.
- Inspecting electrical components during and after installation.
- Monitor daily reporting, update and prepare reports, flow diagrams and charts on production efficiency, yield, fall-off etc.
What do you need to have to be successful in this role:
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Advanced /Degree holders or its equivalent.
- At least 2 - 5 years experience in plastic injection / Electronic industry.
- Knowledge of plastic, rubber, silicone mechanical structure will be an added advantage.
- Preferably with experience in Liquid Silicone injection moulding and electronic & electrical.
- Good supervision and leadership skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Languages skills in Mandarin, English, Malay
- Basic Competency for IMS implementation.
