- To lead and supervise production staffs and workers to produce targeted output
- Managing daily production line performance.
- To update and provide timely production and other performance related reports.
- To provide guidance and training to line leader and operators in accordance to established process flow and SOP.
- Ensure execution of HALAL, HACCP, GMP and ISO22000 procedures.
- Maintain the daily safety and quality of products and report any defects to production management for improvement.
Job Required
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, preferably food background.
- Knowledge of HALAL, GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 will be added advantage.
- Shift work required
- Good leadership and communication skills
