Job Description
- To be responsible to maintain all production documents;
- To conduct training to all production operations;
- To monitor the mould installation and setup for every machine;
- To monitor the general services and maintenance of injection moulds and machines;
- To be responsible to follow production schedule;
- To follow-up with store for materials;
- To receive incoming material after inspected by QA Department;
- To check the output of every machine in every hour;
- To monitor the quality control of production output;
- To monitor the performance of all line leaders and production operators;
- To monitor the scene rejected products, timely treatment, reducing the lost of raw materials;
- To undertake any other related jobs directed by Head of the Plant from time to time;
- To participate in accident investigations, to ensure that the incident has been dealt with timely and appropriate;
- To monitor and coordinate the production workers when they carry out the urgent work to be done to plant or machinery or any unforeseen interruption of work that may beyond the normal working hours.
- To perform ad-hoc task/assigned by your immediate superior from time to time
Requirement:
- SPM and above minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Line
- Knowledge in organizing work and planning will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership skill in managing group of production workers both local & foreign
- Able to work as a team to achieve department objective
- Candidate must be able to work in Banting
- Possess with own transport
