Job Description
- Guide and lead a team of Production leader and operators to ensure the smooth operations system to achieve the department objectives, organization quality policy and objectives.
- Supervise the operations of the production operators areas that are assigned to him / her. process / methods are strictly followed by all Production operators.
- Verify, compile and filing all the production reports.
- Plan, schedule and conduct on job training and education programs for all new and existing leaders and operators to ensure their understanding of the process / method, and their competence in defect detection and inspection judgment.
- Work closely with all the departments concerned, suppliers and subcontractors on the lot rejection and quality issue
- Frequent review the quantity & quality performance at in-house.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and leaders workforce. Responsible for the welfare of subordinates and the effective handling of the grievance raised by the subordinates.
- Implement and maintain a suitable working environment for his / her subordinates through the implementation of 5S and safety requirement.
- Recommend solutions for the improvement on quality, productivity and work efficiency to increase management & customer satisfaction.
