Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all subordinates strictly follow the Company Rules & Regulation. To provide effective management and control work force to ensure discipline, attendance, punctuality and team work.
- To ensure that the subordinates follow strictly the Job Description, Work Procedure and Work Instruction
- Responsible for all glazing line operational procedure. From time to time, he is to review the effectiveness of these document in achieving the most current needs
- To ensure that all the related training must be properly recorded and kept in the personal file at Human Resource Department whenever there is new recruitment or amendment to any of the above document
- Ensure that all the process under his charge are carried out according to documented procedure and all the quality record for daily performance are correctly filled in and verified
Requirements:
- Degree in any related field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience, preferably from printing (inkjet printing) or ceramic industry
- Decision making skills
- Have experience in managing team
- Independent, reliable and motivated

Founded in the year 1979; the first manufacturing plant was established in Cresiano, Switzerland to announce the presence of porcelain tiles to the world. On the same year, Niro Ceramic Group has also started its Distribution Centre and Showroom in Alcora, Spain. Having diversity of networks across the globe has resulted Niro Ceramic Group into being the leading suppliers that is backed with large stock keeping to ensure prompt deliveries.
For over 3 decades, Niro Ceramic has succeeded in preserving the Swiss Heritage of always delivering high quality products and services to the customers despite having many new product lines and numerous geographical expansions.
