Job Description
Requirements:
- Posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial /
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferably Senior Engineer specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Injection Moulding/Plastics Manufacturing experience will be advantage.
- Execellent leadership and managerials skills.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Responsilities:
- Responsiblefor for the overall manufacturing operations; encompassing production & material planning, machinery upkeep & maintenance, resources utilization etc.
- To manage production activities and ensure timely production of goods in accordance with production schedules, ensure production volumes to meet high customer service level with high quality standard.
- Plan, direct and manage all production activities and to minimise downtimes and disruptions to manufacturing schedules.
- Ensure optimum deployment of manpower, machineries & materials .
- Lead in the formulation of strategies to manage & control all operational systems to secure smooth, efficient, safe & superior plant operations.
