Job Description
Job Role:
- Reports to the Managing Director / Factory Manager.
- Manages the production department
- Enforces production schedule to meet customers’ delivery and quality requirements
- Establishes production indication, e.g. machine set-up time, production yield, for all processes
- Prepares production budgets and manages operations within budgets
- Review & monitors daily output & yield report for all processes
- Inculcating quality awareness in the production staffs
- Motivating and developing productive and cohesive team.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the production area
- Approval of work instructions of production process
- Support and ensure compliance to Quality and Environmental Management System
- Requirements in production department
- Assistant CNC Machine Shop Manager
Education Level
- Degree or diploma in any engineering field
Skill & Experience
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in engineering environment
- Knowledge in ISO9001:2008 QMS, ISO14001:2004 EMS,ISO/TS16949 implementation
- Experience in production planning and scheduling
- Able to lead and supervise a team of production staffs to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
