Job Description

Job Scope: Personal Assistant

· Handle personal and confidential matters for the Director

· Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep her well informed of upcoming meeting and responsibilities, and follows up appropriately.

· Organise company events and activities when required

· Provide general secretarial duties such as managing meeting schedules, reports and other administrative matters

· Assist to oversee the Operation Team / Outlet SOPs are effectively carried through the Company.

· Follow-up on duties/activities/projects decided in the meeting

· Assist Director on business development

· Provides a bridge of smooth communication between Director and internal departments for product development

· Manage special assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

· Min 1 year experience is required for this position

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.

· Report to director time to time

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Due to business nature)

· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.

•协助董事长的业务发展

•为产品开发总监和内部部门之间的顺利沟通提供桥梁

•在需要时管理特殊任务,临时任务和相关职责

职位需求

•此职位要求至少1年经验

•候选人必须至少具有商业研究/行政/管理学学士学位/研究生文凭/专业学位,秘书或同等学历。

•所需语言:马来西亚语,英语,华语(由于业务性质)

•初级人员,专门从事秘书/行政和个人助理或同等职位将被考虑。
