Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure superlative customer service standards, in order to meet customer expectations.
- Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.
- Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (Goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.).
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ O Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ A Level/ Pre-U or Professional Certificate in any field.
- Well groomed and enjoy building client relationships.
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years luxury retail sales experience.
- Adaptable and able to work in fast paced work environment.
- Able to work in shift and public holidays.
- Individual requires a sense of style and fashion panache to help with elite clientele.
- Immediate available preferred.
