- Provide a full and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support service to the director.
- Preparing simple legal documents.
- To manage director / operation schedule includes meeting, appointment, presentation, travel arrangement and hotel reservation.
- Good at organizing work as you will be expected to schedule important external and internal meeting and events, handle the calendars and prioritize assignments at both professional and personal need for the director.
- Attend and prepare minutes of meeting, presentation, and to follow up with the necessary action.
- To maintain strict confidentiality at all levels of management, staff and business partners.
- Have a great communication skills as you are representing your director while engaging with individuals over the phone, email or in person.
- MUST WILLING TO TRAVEL
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Prepare legal documents.
- Matured, self-motivated, good interpersonal and negatiation skills.
- Pleasant, patience and must be able to work (on call) on weekends and public holiday.
- Able to travel to outstation when required.
