Job Description:
Assist CM in day-to-day coordination and management of production operational activities of C&W.
Monitor, control and manage production activities to operations to meet the expectations of C&W.
- Consigned materials inventory
- Production schedule
- Delivery schedule
- Header management
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure the order delivery within allotted timelines.
- Provide weekly update on production build status
- Build schedule vs Delivery schedule
- Review weekly quality feedback from C&W
- Lead CM for root cause analysis
- Ensure preventive action is being implemented by CM
Build and maintain strong relationship through regular meetings and communications between CM & C&W internal team.

Ensure compliance with C&W standards and procedures.
Evaluate current production performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Identify problems in production process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient production operations.
