Job Description
Education :
- Minimum SPM / Diploma
- With basic accounting knowledge
- With Auto Count system knowledge is an added advantage
Job Scopes :
1] Carry out daily operations in packing, warehouse and logistic departments
2] Cross check goods loaded into the van / lorry according to order list
3] Handle daily stock transfer in the inventory system according to outlet's request
4] Check newly arrival stock against supplier DO or invoice before distribute to respective outlet and store in warehouse
5] Conduct stock take based on weekly and monthly basis
6] Team player to assist other departments when lack of manpower
7] Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and well taken care by drivers
8] Conduct random stock check at outlets
9] Check operations clerk daily jobs.
10] Process high self-motivation and positive attitude to lead the team
Others :
- Process own transport
- Able to accommodate clock-in time as and when the management request to start work early
