Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify DO & Commercial Invoice for Singapore export.
- To create and update Outlet & Production Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and to ensure all the procedures are strictly adhered.
- Liaise with different departments & outlets to ensure smooth operation.
- To handle product list, cake album and price tag update when new product launching.
- Assist in preparing meeting agenda, minutes and memos.
- To update Product Movement Analysis Report for HOD Meeting.
- Responsible for E-shop management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess Degree / Diploma in business administration or any equivalent.
- 2 years of related working experience are preferably.
- Willing to learn and effective communication skill.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Word
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
