- Manage and administer lease documentation.
- Liaise with property management on tenancy-related matters.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with tenants.
- Maintain database, conduct competitive market research and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage arrears, including monitoring and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
- Proven track record in retail leasing with good network of tenants and contacts.
- Good written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation and numeracy skills.
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline.
- Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay language.
