Job Description
- To perform Quality Control and develop Quality Assurance System
- To lead QC activities pertaining to food hygiene and sanitation
- To verify and validate hygiene and sanitation of productions and the production areas
- To visit food production areas for inspection, hygiene monitoring and sample collection
- Manage the micro lab to ensure accuracy, safety and GLP are observed and ensure a discipline working environment
- To provide relevant training to develope skills for laboratory personnel
- To conduct vendor audit to sustain quality standards across the vendors
- To resolve day to day technical problem and oversee product quality testing
- to provide technical sevices and advice to production department and support QA/QC on enquiries pertaining to product quality and Food Safety
- To review quality and food safety procedures and ensure continous effectiveness
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment where knowledge of Microbiology and Food Processing is used
- Competent in Quality control and Analytical work and able to drive the team to reach greater heights
- Full-Time position(s) available
