YonMing are looking for a Marketing Supervisor on the Marketing Team. As part of the team, ability to multi task and mange stakeholder relationships is key. Candidates constantly get the opportunity to speak to external parties in order to manage the best deals for the company. A strong candidate is able to demonstrate good attention to detail as well as an interest in prioritises the workload when it comes.
Learning curve of the job is steep and fulfilling. Nonetheless, comprehensive trainings are provided on the job for candidates whom are seeking to learn and grow.
Job Responsibility: -
- Identifies product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Conduct a meeting with staff every morning regarding daily operation problems.
- Able to maintain a close & good relationship with customers.
- Handle credit application/collection / local purchase.
- Report and order for parts that are out of stock.
- Able to develop new customer’s opportunities.
- To monitor and follow up closely on collection.
- Attend customer phone calls
- Arrange delivery of goods
- Organising sales visit.
Job Requirement: -
- Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent & fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skill & negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a team.
- Responsible and willing to learn.
- Working Place : Senai, Johor
