Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for establishing preventive maintenance schedule to ensure plant and equipment are done at the correct interval.
• Provide maintenance support to the plant operations in order to achieve minimum machine breakdown time.
• Continuously upgrade and replace aged machineries and accessory equipment in order to prevent machine breakdown and reduce maintenance cost.
• To ensure accurate and reliable inventory of equipments & spare parts.
• Manage a team of staff and ensuring optimum usage of manpower such as conduct a maintenance meeting for overtime planning.
• Adhere to safety & health rules throughout the factory, ensuring safe working practices at all times and ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained at all times.
• To liaise with machinery manufacturer, workshop and contractor for assistance and technical advice, carry out project and others.
• To perform other ad hoc tasks as and when is required.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience preferably in Managerial position and food industry.
• Familiar with HACCP and GMP requirement.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and maintain composure under stress.
• Possess strong leadership qualities.
• Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.
