Job Description
- To establish annual marketing plan or strategy that in line with Company’s business;
- To propose and prepare all media execution such as advertisement, distribution leaflets and marketing tools;
- To conduct market research from time to time and prepare market survey report to management;
- To manage and monitor cost of promotional activities against budget to maximize the marketing returns and sales;
- To organize and host events / activities regardless online / offline in line with the Company’s annual plan;
- To propose strategy in order to increase Company Branding and reputation;
- To prepare assessment report and analyze the effectiveness of marketing tools after promotional event carried out;
- To liaise or coordinate with outsourcing suppliers regarding all marketing activities from time to time;
- To undertake other assignment related to marketing from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant fields;
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in property industry;
- Result-oriented, proactive and aggressive;
- Able to work independently and work under pressure;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
