- Must have Strong Business Acumen.
- Develop marketing strategy that maximize profit and market share.
- Support sales & lead generation effort.
- Creating promotion and liaise with advertisement firms.
- Organise marketing campaign & activities.
- Promoting project via social media tools.
- Understand the market trends and preferences of purchasers to propose marketing strategies that boost sales.
- Liaise and work closely with the media, external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation of the marketing activities.
- To provide good and efficient customer services,respond & resolve to all online inquiries, issues, and concerns related to the company business operation.
- To provide event budget and to evaluate results of marketing activities and prepare reports/post mortem for analysis.
- Provide administrative support.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video Edition Skill.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
