Job Description

It is the latest training program for the LSChem group to prepare chemical engineers for our new plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The accepted trainee will spend 6-12 months in Zhuhai, China to rotate across all chemical manufacturing functions within the company, which include but not limited to: Lab Testing, Product Development, Manufacturing Process, DCS Supervision, Equipment Maintenance, etc. The other part of the training will require the trainee to work with the ongoing construction & installation of our new plant in Pasir Gudang, for 6-12 months. The sequence and the duration of the two training phases may vary from trainee to trainee, subject to the company’s arrangement.

Mandarin and English are required as the training will be conducted in these languages. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced workers to apply. 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
• Preferably Entry/Junior Level specialized in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
