Job Description
- Supervise a team of approximately 30 to 50 workers in specific area to carry out the following duties: -
- Collect solid waste (rubbish) according to schedule, policies & procedures set by company and government agencies.
- Perform public cleansing activities such as grass-cutting, road sweeping and drain-cleansing according to schedule, policies & procedures set by company and government agencies.
- Manage the work arrangement, discipline and safety of the subordinates
- Manage other operations resources such as vehicles and grass-cutting machines
- Prepare and submit periodical reports to relevant parties in timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with reasonable understanding in English
- Able communicate with different levels of people
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft office application and mobile apps
- Able to work independently, self-starter, strong believer in responsibility and accountability
- Prefer to work outdoor jobs
- Must have B2 driving license and own motorbike
Job Summary:
Successful candidates will follow a 60 days Operations Management Trainee Development (MTD) program to gain an overall understanding of our industry, our business, and our Operations functions. The MTD program covers 30 days classroom training with practical sessions, and follow by another 30 days pre-posting on the job training. Multiple assessments will be conducted along the 60 days to prove the competency levels of individuals.
Those outstanding MTD graduates will be offered position as Executive – Operations; whereby those MTD graduates with above average scoring will be offered positions as Supervisors – Operations.

Under its 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) banner, SWM Environment educates the public on the importance of recycling, proper recycling methods as well as where they can recycle; through talks and exhibitions held at schools, town halls, malls, office blocks and other public areas.
In 2018, SWM Environment launched its own incentive-based programme for recycling across the three southern states in Malaysia. Called KITARecycle, the programme encourages the public to recycle by rewarding them with Recycling Points (RP) for 25 types of recyclable items which include paper, aluminium cans, plastics and e-waste. The collected RP could be cashed out via online banking.
