Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating activities related to maintenance works in all the farm's houses under the Company
- Responsible for leading, organizing and training the maintenance team to ensure that the daily maintenance activities are fully completed
- Responsible for the punch cards checking, maintenance GPS tracking, OT allocation, organizing of maintenance meeting involved in the maintenance team
- To improve the efficiency of the maintenance team in terms of job quality and achieving the department KPI
- To carry out scheduled farm checking and prepare maintenance reports related to breakdown analysis, proposal for improvement, cost saving plan, verification of materials and so on
- Undertakes project work or ad hoc job-related matters or any other duties as and when assigned/requested by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum 1year of working experience
- Ability to go to farm
- Willing to travel when required, possess own transport and practical driving experience
- Willing to work in Yong Peng, Johor.
