Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage current customers accounts.
- Create Customer’s profile and ensure that all Customer’s Profiles and Requirements are accurately recorded and updated.
- Deal with inbound and outbound Phone calls, WhatsApp and Emails.
- Maintain good and clear communications with customers and truck captains.
- Solve customer and truck captains complain and help to resolve issues.
- Upheld Professional image of the company
- Provide transport pricing to walk-in sales customers.
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey from time to time and ensure that the Customer’s Satisfaction target are met as per stipulated in our ISO Manual.
Skills
- Able to communicate in any of the languages such as English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia. Multilingual of two language is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good listening and writing skills. Multilingual of two language is preferred but not mandatory.
- Process Good Interpersonal skills.
- Process Critical thinking and Problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently and work in teams.
- Able to multitask within their work place.
- Process knowledge of computer skills in Operating Systems, Smart Phone applications, Internet and Productivity Software.
- Ability to calculate in basic mathematical units of measurement.
Qualification
- Minimum Degree Holders or minimum SPM Holders with 3 years working experience in Customer Service Sectors.
- Previous experience in Customer Service in Cargo Transport Company
