Job Description

·      Minimum diploma in any field

·      Min. 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or manufacturing

environment

Deal with custom import ad export issue, especially with LMW license

experience.  

·      Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and in team

·     Generate LMW application and submission.

·     Generate LMW monthly and yearly report on time for submission.

·     Manage the logistics issue and arrange transport for Finished Goods

and raw materials.

·     Provide HS code for material to planner and HQ.

·     In charge of yearly LMW licensing audit.

Coordination of local government authority and permit issue.  

·      Coordination with local and oversea transporter to ensure that finished

goods delivery and raw material received on time.

·      Coordinate and arranging of waste /scrap items collected and arrange

with scrap collectors for disposal and apply custom permission.

·      Preparing packing list, Delivery order and invoices for finished goods to

be delivered for logistics transporter.

·      Coordinate with logistics company for delivery and shipment issue.

·      Coordinating with local customer for finish goods delivery and RMA

return.

·      Preparing monthly and yearly LMW report for submission

·      Prepare and submit LMW application form for any importing, exporting,

tooling, equipment, yearly raw materials report, scrap material, etc.

·      Coordinating with custom officer for auditing.

·      Check and provide suitable HS code for material to planer.

·      Arranging for any local government licensing audit and application.
