Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Preparing Delivery order, Packing list and Invoices to customer.
- Prepare monthly steel movement report (import and export).
- Prepare monthly invoice report to account department.
- Work closely with truckers/drivers for shipment pickup dates/times and delivery date/times.
- Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
- Work closely with internal and external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with Million Software
- 5.5-days working (Mon- Sat)
