Job Description
The position will be based in IOI Mall, Bandar Putra Kulai, Johor
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proper planning on tenant mix and source for potential prospects and negotiate on commercial terms to achieve higher occupancy rate and rental revenue.
- Monitor tenant’s lease expiry and initiate the renewal discussions with Tenants.
- Handle new and renewal tenancy administration related matters such as Management Approval, Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, supplemental letters, correspondence letters, termination etc.
- Manage administration related works in proper manner within timeframe.
- Maintain a good relationship with tenants and prospects.
- Key in new tenants’ information and tenancy details in Timberline.
- Upkeep existing tenants’ information and renew tenancy details in Timberline.
- Liaise and follow up closely with lawyer on the progress of Tenancy Agreement and litigation (if needed).
- Liaise and follow up closely with fit-out department on tenants’ fit-out and mall layout matter.
- Liaise with Account department on tenants’ overdue rent and payment manner.
- Liaise with Security department on tenants’ business hour.
- Liaise with Marketing & promotion department for Tenant’s marketing plan.
- Aware and understand SOP and JD stated and ensure all jobs conduct accordance to Standard Operating Procedure of the Department and the Company.
- Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Businuss administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in property or retail industry.
- Knowledge in property investment and shopping mall trends, administration.
- Good teamwork, independent, optimistic, self-driven, Communicative competence,wide networking.
- Computer skill, good communication skill ,negotiation skill & have valid driving license.
