Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- In-charge of sample preparation, sample dispatch, application testing and update records
- Well experienced in waste water treatment and testing
- Lab and production equipment yearly calibration
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and workout an investigation and corrective action
- Familiar with local regulatory standards to ensure product compliance at all times
- Documenting lab report and records and quality control procedures for HACCP, ISO22000 programs in good order
- Conduct product sampling and analysis of incoming ingredients/ raw materials/ finished products
- Responsible for product quality and sensory evaluation to meet customer expectations and needs
- Assist the Management to handle internal and external audit (eg customer/ ISO/HACCP audits)
- Support task delegated by superior and R&D department
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science / any related field of study
- Willing to work in Senai , Johor Bahru
- With working experience in food or beverage industries and familiar with Halal, ISO and HACCP standards.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skill
- Good personality with initiative and communication skill
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia
