Job Description
Working closely with the Swiss HQ IT team to ensure all support related to IT system runs smoothly in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st and 2nd level support
- collaboration in projects
- preparation and rollout of IT devices
- Software Development
- Maintenance of existing IT infrastructure
Additional Task
- Source out a good local supplier for IT Peripherals and supplies
- Keep good inventory record of all IT supplies
- Manage the Fixed Assets for all IT related equipment’s
- Support other departments on ad-hoc basis for additional help like labels printing and etc, upon required.
