Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform the acquisition, provisioning and decommissioning of IT related equipment, software and services.
- Provide Level 1 technical support to users.
- Liaise and negotiate with supplier / vendor for related IT items etc. purchase / services include licenses, hardware & software.
- Responsible for taking care of IT bills.
- Explore new solutions, enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Science or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Customer service orientation
- Troubleshooting & problem resolving skills
- Good Communication (both oral and written) and documentation skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of IT hardware, SAP and software.
- Fundamental knowledge of infrastructure services.
- Willing to work at Senai, Johor.
