Job Description

  • This position/s is to provide assistance to our customers, with day to day operational matters relating to Netiquette Cloud Based Suite of Solutions thru a support hotline, email and ticketing system. You will be required to log, manage, escalate and resolve issues in accurate, timely and efficient manners.
  • Your day will comprises of call taking, logging service desk tickets, remote access support, application troubleshooting, problem solving and resolutions, identification and escalation to the relevant product development team.
  • You may also be assigned to conduct onsite training to our customers across the region.

Candidates should have the abilities to learn quickly plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal communication and excellent customer service skills. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in English is a must. 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Positions Opening at Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru
